shipping information:

most orders placed for sterling silver jewelry will ship within 2 days. jewelry that is not in stock and most vermeil items will take approximately 3 weeks for delivery. we will notify you upon receiving your order on the status of the items. each jewelry piece will be individually packaged in a linen pouch with a bio card and care instructions in a philippa roberts box with bow.

refund, returns and repair policies:

if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the jewelry and a copy of your receipt within 14 days from the date it was shipped for a full refund.

we are happy to do exchanges for a different item within 30 days of shipping. please call our office for a return authorization number before you return or exchange any item.

we will repair your jewelry within a year of purchase. please call us first to receive a repair authorization number. any charges that apply will be assessed prior to our repairing.
